On January 22 we will recognize the 46th anniversary of Roe v Wade, the Supreme Court decision which gave women the unilateral right to an abortion. We as Catholics must do whatever we can to preserve life. Over the next few weeks you will have several opportunities to to show your support.

1) Participate in a March -

January 19th - St. Francis Walk for Life beginning at 11 AM

January 20th - San Pedro Church Life Chain at 11 AM

January 22nd - St. Martha's in Sarasota beginning at 8:30 AM with mass and a walk at the largest Planned Parenthood Center in Florida (there will be shuttle buses)

January 27 - San Pedro KOC Celebrate Life Luncheon 12 PM ($5 donation)

March 8 - St. Charles Walk for Life - this is the beginning of 40 days for Life. Please mark it in your calendar and plan to join with Bishop Dewane and others as we try to close the local abortion mill

2) Visit a pregnancy care center

January 19th - dedication of the new 3-D ultrasound at Pregnancy Solutions 3005 Caring Way #2 Port Charlotte

3) Pray for an end to abortion

Do this anywhere/anytime or come down to the abortion mill and join other prayer warriors Tue - Friday. The abortion mill is 21178 Olean next to Georgia's Flower Shop. It is estimate that this 87 year abortionist has killed over 10,000 infants.
